Pilates is a great way to exercise using your body weight and controlled movements. Strive Physio offer Clinical Pilates (with a physio) in a class situation or individually 1-1. If you are injured or have aches and pains this is a great way to move (and to help recover) without aggravating your injury. Stretch and strengthen your whole body and feel great.
